After filming completed, Kevin Bacon returned to his job waiting
tables at a bar in Manhattan. No one would believe him when he told them he'd
just finished filming his first motion picture. John Belushi personally owned the shirt used in the movie and it was his idea to wear it
during filming.
The shirt was made for him when he was cutting classes as an underclassman at
Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
